Ethan Anderson
El Jefe
Ethan is the founder of Big Imprint and the brains behind the business. He’s a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BBA in Marketing. Ethan started Big Imprint in 2009. Heavily involved in the community, Ethan is active in church and local organizations. He previously served on the West Liberty City Council and as President of the Rotary Club. He and his wife Bethany live in West Liberty with their three young children Liliana, David, and Simon.
Ethan Trivia
Ethan is our CPW (Chief Plant Waterer). He waters our office plants each week. He also loves traveling and so far has visited 28 countries around the world.
Cassie Rottink
Project Manager
Cassie is the Project Manager at Big Imprint. She is excited to work with our clients to ensure their project goes smoothly. Cassie has a degree in Public Relations with minors in Business and Rhetoric & Public Writing from Loras College. She currently resides in Iowa City.
Cassie Trivia
Cassie loves watching sports especially the Chicago Cubs. She is a HUGE fan of listening to music with country being her all-time favorite. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
Gilad Aharoni
Web Developer
Gilad is the guy who brings your website to life. He puts together the elements of the site and writes the code to mold it into the shape you envisioned. Originally from Tel Aviv, Israel, Gilad has lived in the USA for over a decade and now lives in Iowa City with his wife and daughter.
Gilad Trivia
In addition to being a great web developer, Gilad is an origami master, running the world’s largest origami website. Many of his works are on display in our office. Gilad also loves board games and often beats us at board games over lunch.
Kevin Mellen
Graphic Designer / Partner
Kevin has more than 20 years of award-winning advertising and design experience. His project background includes national and regional advertising campaigns, direct mail, brochures, catalogs, alumni magazines, branding, identity, environmental graphics, apparel, web design, and TV. Previously, Kevin was a senior art director for an advertising agency and the director of creative services and designer at a higher education marketing firm serving more than 100 public and private institutions across the country. In 2012, Kevin started providing design services under the brand Creative Mellen, which embraces his creative “melon” to help companies and institutions grow their brands through meaningful and memorable designs.

Kevin is a dog lover and a self-proclaimed handyman who enjoys a good meal and traveling with his wife.
